Delivered during Paul Lucas’ time at Taylor Construction Group, he formed apart of the site team that delivered the new 107 bed residential aged care facility, staff facilities, and 40 Independent living units built across buildings A & G with associated basement carparking. Refurbishment works were completed to the existing Burnham Thorpe building to convert it into retirement living apartments and community spaces.
