Paul is the Founder and Director of Lucas Construction Group, leading both the firm’s commercial construction delivery and independent construction advisory services.

He brings senior, delivery-led experience across complex commercial, remedial and heritage projects, having worked within a Tier-2 contracting environment and boutique delivery teams on projects spanning industrial, health, aged care, education, hospitality, civic and operational facilities. Paul’s project experience exceeds $300 million in total delivered value.

Alongside his role as a head contractor, Paul leads Lucas Construction Group’s advisory practice, supporting clients and project teams with procurement, tender evaluation, programme and methodology review, delivery risk management and completion readiness advisory.

This dual capability enables Lucas Construction Group to provide practical, commercially grounded insight — informed by current construction market conditions and delivery realities — while supporting clients to make clearer, more defensible decisions at key stages of the project lifecycle.
